Ingredients

  • 300 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (1¼ cups)
  • 60 g Light Mayo (¼ cup)
  • 2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar
  • 38 g Nacho Cheddar Powder (¼ cup) (Kernel Season’s works great, can be found in most popcorn sections or online)
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1.5 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp fine salt
  • 0.25 tsp MSG optional but recommended
  • 2 tsp Sugar free sweetener (1-1 substitute like Monkfruit)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a jar.

  2. Step 2

    Mix until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Taste and adjust seasonings as needed for your desired flavor.

  4. Step 4

    Adjust thickness by adding 1-2 tablespoons of water at a time until you get your desired consistency.

    For best results, let it sit in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for flavors to meld.
