- 1Cook wonton wrappers according to package directions, then drain.
- 2Sauté the garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp olive oil, add the lamb, and cook until browned.
- 3Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 4Fill and roll each wrapper with the lamb mixture.
- 5Warm the remaining olive oil with chili flakes and toss over the rolls.
- 6Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
