Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove or sub 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt whole milk or 2%
  • 1/4 cup feta crumbles
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons water to thin if necessary
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add the garlic, yogurt, feta and lemon juice to a food processor or blender.

  2. Step 2

    Process until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Add salt and pepper to taste and process once more.

  4. Step 4

    Add water if necessary to thin to your liking.
