- 1Grill the steak, or substitute with chicken if preferred.
- 2Mix the butter and garlic powder in a bowl, then top each steak with the butter and let it melt.
- 3Slice the steaks into strips.
- 4Make the pickled ranch dressing by combining all ingredients in a glass jar and shaking well.
- 5Combine the romaine, pepperoncini, and avocado in a large salad bowl.
- 6Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until coated.
- 7Top with the hot crispy potatoes, warm steak slices, and crumbles of cheese.
- 8Serve immediately.
