Chicken Parmigiana 

Let’s settle the debate, is it chicken Parmi or Parma?

I could see myself making these for meal prep! What about you? 

👨‍🍳 Ingredients, 2 serves
✅ Chicken Breast, 615g, 21.7oz
✅ Olive Oil, 5g, 1 tsp, 0.18oz
✅ Marinara Sauce, 100g, 3.5oz
✅ Cottage Cheese, 90g, 3.2oz
✅ Parmigiano Reggiano, 20g, 0.7oz
✅ Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder
✅ Oregano
✅ Red Chilli Flakes

👉 Method

Butterfly the chicken breast and flatten to an even thickness. Tenderize with a rolling pin. Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder and bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F) for 15 minutes.

Top with marinara sauce, cottage cheese, parmesan, oregano and chilli flakes.

Transfer to the oven and bake until the cheese is golden.
