Tickets can only be issued and purchased on the day of departure; advance issuance or purchase is not accepted.
Passengers should buy tickets at least 30 minutes before departure and board at least 10 minutes before departure.
Round-trip tickets can be issued only when the outbound and inbound trips use the same ship.
If using Ferry Tokashiki and Marine Liner Tokashiki on different legs, you must buy separate one-way tickets at Tomari Port and Tokashiki Port.
Vehicle reservations cannot be made on the website; they must be made by phone at 098-868-7541.
Vehicle and cargo reservations are required, and customers must arrive at the port one hour before departure.
Boarding reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.
The site provides options to confirm, change, or cancel reservations.
