- 1.5 teaspoons cumin
- 1.5 teaspoons paprika
- 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons cilantro or parsley chopped
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups rice basmati rice

- 4 chicken quarters
- 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste or just garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1.5 teaspoons coriander powder

♪ Method
- 1Make 4 cups of rice using basmati rice.
- 2Remove the skin from the chicken quarters.
- 3Cut a few slits into the chicken so the seasoning can go in.
- 4Season the chicken with the yogurt, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, paprika, garam masala, cayenne, ginger and garlic paste, and olive oil, then massage well.
- 5Air fry at 390° for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or oven bake at 390 F for 25 minutes, adding a few more minutes if needed.
- 6In a large skillet over low heat, add the butter, then add the ginger or garlic paste, paprika, and cilantro and stir without burning the sauce.
- 7Add the chicken broth and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 8Add the heavy whipping cream, cook for 1 minute, then add the chicken and let the sauce soak in.
- 9When the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat.
- 10Serve over rice.
