A food tour in Matosinhos lasted more than 12 hours and was done mostly on foot by a group of eight people.
The day started with croissants at Confeitaria Maurícia.
The group visited Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos and noted the fish stall Tó Peixe for its variety and presentation.
Lunch at Restlage included sardines, squid, and pregado, followed by desserts like aletria de ovos and leite creme.
A second lunch stop at Badalhoco do Fredo included espadal wine and a presunto sandwich.
Confeitaria Primavera was a disappointment because the pastéis de nata had sold out.
The group had fig gelato at Niva Gelato.
At Casa Festas, they ate roast chicken along with rojões, moelas, and orelheira with molho verde.
The tour ended with roasted octopus at Antonio Restaurante in Perafita.
