Eat What You Kill: Becoming a Sales Carnivore

Public notes

This is a top-five sales book for me because it’s relentlessly practical. The “carnivore” framing is intentionally blunt (stop waiting, go create the outcome), but underneath it is a clear playbook: activity discipline, pipeline hygiene, and the mental posture of owning results. It’s especially good if you’re tired of theory and want a reset back to reps, resilience, and psychology. I end up referencing it constantly because it’s one of the few books that actually changes sales behavior.
