The most flavor-packed pita you’ll ever make 🀀 citrus-marinated skirt steak, fresh chimichurri, crisp cucumber avocado salad, and creamy garlic sauce all stuffed into a warm toasted pita 🀌✨

Ingredients (serves 3–4)

Steak Marinade:
β€’ 1–2 lb skirt steak
β€’ Juice of 1 orange 🍊
β€’ Juice of 1 lime πŸ‹
β€’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β€’ 1–2 tbsp olive oil
β€’ 1 tbsp minced garlic
β€’ 1 tsp paprika
β€’ 1 tsp cayenne
β€’ 1 tsp black pepper
β€’ 1 tsp salt
β€’ 1 tsp cumin
β€’ 1 tsp oregano

Chimichurri:
β€’ 1 cup fresh parsley 🌿
β€’ 1 tbsp minced garlic
β€’ Salt, pepper, oregano & red pepper flakes
β€’ Splash of red wine vinegar
β€’ ¼–½ cup olive oil

Salad:
β€’ 1 cucumber, diced πŸ₯’
β€’ Cherry tomatoes, halved πŸ…
β€’ Red onion, thinly sliced πŸ§…
β€’ 1–2 avocados, diced πŸ₯‘
β€’ Chimichurri dressing

To Assemble:
β€’ Toasted pita bread πŸ«“
β€’ Cilantro garlic sauce πŸ§„
β€’ Cubed steak πŸ₯©
β€’ Salad mixture

Directions:

1. Marinate steak with all marinade ingredients for at least 30 mins
2. Make chimichurri by mixing herbs, garlic, spices, vinegar & olive oil 🌿
3. Grill or pan-sear steak 3–4 min per side πŸ”₯
4. Rest, then cube the steak
5. Toss salad ingredients with chimichurri
6. Toast pita until warm and crispy
7. Fill with garlic sauce, steak, and salad
8. Finish with extra chimichurri & enjoy 😍"
